Pamper parties
- A provisional booking is held for 7 days.
- To confirm a booking, a Party Booking Form must be completed and returned with the required 20% deposit payment (20% off the total booking). A booking confirmation notification will be issued on receipt of the required documentation and payment.
- We accept cash or bank transfer for the deposit. Cash settlement is required on the day of the party.
- IMPORTANT: Parties are priced with the total number of guests stated at the time of the confirmed booking (receipt of the deposit payment and completed booking form). No refund or deduction of monies will be made for any cancellation of treatments by guest/s, thereafter.
- If you cancel the booking the 20% deposit is non refundable. If you have paid in full and do not notify us within 48 hours prior to the party date you will forfeit the full booking amount. If we cancel the booking then full refund will be made.
- All treatments, goody and party bags must be ordered in advance.
- Non disposable items remain our property.
- We may refuse treatments to a child or teenager under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund.
- We require a smoke free environment to provide the maximum benefit.
- It is advised that in order to gain maximum time, relaxation and effective results, smaller children and pets do not enter the party.
- Due care and consideration must be taken with the equipment, all damages must be accounted for.
- All guests under 16 must be supervised by a parent. We cannot be held responsible for the supervision of children and teenagers. Please note: perfectpamper.com is not a childrens’ entertainment company and we only supply services as per the party package advertised.
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for the respective treatment if medical conditions were not declared at the time of booking.
- We cover a 10 mile radius of Norwich city centre without any mileage charged. For bookings outside this area an additional return journey mileage charge will incur. From 11 miles to 30 miles 0.45p per mile will be charged, and for every additional 20 miles thereafter 5p will be added. These charges cover the increase in fuel, and for bookings with greater distance time allowed for travelling to the destination.
Mobile treatments
- A minimum charge of £30 is required for mobile treatments within a 10 mile radius of Norwich. Any bookings for treatments outside this area will incur additional minimum charge.
- We only accept cash and this is required after treatment is completed.
- Any allergies or medical conditions must be advised at the time of booking, as we will not be responsible for any allergies or reactions to treatments.
Important: We will need to know prior to treatment, if there are any medical conditions including, injuries, migraines, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, cancer, osteoporisis, diabetes, fungal infections, skin ailments, high or low temperature, heart conditions, dysfunction of the nervous system, or any surgical procedures within a 12 month period. If any apply then we may refuse a particular treatment. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction by non disclosure of a medical condition.
